Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

LoanTracker helps two people keep one shared, agreed record of money lent between them. It is a record-keeping tool. We are not a lender, a loan servicer, a bank, a debt collector or a party to any loan, and no money moves through LoanTracker.

Who we are

LoanTracker is run by Agnes Ventures, LLC, based in Kentucky, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@globalentryspotter.com.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using LoanTracker, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

What LoanTracker does

You can record a loan with another person and agree its terms with them. Nothing becomes part of the shared record until both of you have confirmed it: the loan itself, each payment, and any change to the terms. Either of you can propose a change, and the other can accept it, decline it or suggest something different. The app works out schedules, balances and interest from what you both entered.

You can also track bills and other regular payments, such as rent, on your own or shared with the other person. On a shared bill, the other person can confirm a payment you recorded or mark it as disputed.

The app sends reminders and updates by email and, if you turn them on, as phone or browser notifications. You choose which reminders you get in the app's notification settings; emails about your account itself, such as verifying your address or resetting your password, are sent when needed. You can also ask for a private calendar link that shows your due dates.

Every figure the app shows comes from what the two of you recorded and agreed. We don't check that a loan exists, that money changed hands, or that anything either of you entered is true.

What LoanTracker is not

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

Don't use LoanTracker:

Disagreements between users

Loans and shared bills are between you and the other person. We are not a party to them. If you disagree about a loan, a bill or a payment, that is for the two of you to resolve. The app's confirmations, disputes and history can help, but we don't arbitrate, we can't decide who is right, and we aren't responsible for either of you keeping or breaking your promises.

Your records and your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. It stops working straight away and can be restored by logging in again within 30 days; after that your personal data is erased. A loan you confirmed with someone else stays on their account, along with the name you agreed it under, because it is their record too. Our account deletion page explains exactly what is kept and what is erased.

We keep backups to protect against mistakes and failures, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or that no data will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

If we close an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we have to by law. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why by email. Loans that account confirmed with other people stay on their accounts, just as they do when someone deletes their own account.

If we ever decide to stop running LoanTracker, we'll tell you by email before it shuts down, where we reasonably can, so you have time to keep your own copy of your records.

Price

LoanTracker is free. We don't charge fees or interest on loans, and we never take a share of money between you. If we add paid features later, we'll say what they cost before anything is charged, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing to pay.

No warranties

LoanTracker is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the app, including losses from a loan not being repaid, a missed or wrong reminder, a calculation error, lost data, or the service being unavailable. Where we are liable despite this, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to $50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as consumer protections where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can delete your account.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any dispute with us about them or about LoanTracker goes to the courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
